Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer 911 telephone calls
- Relay information to the appropriate first responder agency
- Monitor and track the status of police, fire and ambulance units
Education: Required to have their high school diploma. Also must pass a writing exam and a typing exam. Have to also pass a background check a lie detector test and a drug test, as well as test for vision and hearing.
I would not like to be this because i think it is to must stress. Like i think that if someone calls and they're panicking ill panic also.
